I limit my work to representing only Chapter 7 bankrtupcy clientele. For all of my clients, I first provide a telephonic appointment and will provide you with as much information as I can so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you wish to move forward with the filing of a Chapter 7 Bankrutpcy or whether you could or should wait.
I won't file a Bankrtupcy Petition just to make mone, espcecially if you on the cusp or whether you need to or not.
Conservatorship
Being a court appointed attorney with the Probate Court for many years I have established a good working relationship with many of the attorney's in the San Diego Area.
